Pakistan is considered a third-world country due to a lack of resources, infrastructure,
opportunities, and protection of its fundamental rights. This makes living conditions
for millions of people in the country quite difficult. Pakistan, unfortunately, doesn’t
have a robust welfare system which means that thousands of underprivileged people don’t
have access to food, water, and shelter. According to the statistics, poverty in
Pakistan increased by 1% in 2020. This means that more than 2 million people have fallen
below the poverty line. With growing inflation and prices, affording meals has become
near impossible for many people.
Undestanding this responisbility, Abdul Ghani Trust has started Dastar Khawan(table) called the Qalbia Dastar Khawan. And we are trying to put these Dastar Khawan in different places like hopsitals, schools, and other places where workers gather.
Abdul Ghani Trust, a charitable and non-profit organization started in a deprived area of Mako Ana by pass Faisalabad.
Initially, Abdul Ghani Trust embarked on its journey starting from small free school , free Dastar Khawan during covid-19 and many free medical camps and started by giving free food and free house expense to poor people۔ And still continues to work hard to complete and work on his other projects.
Abdul Ghani Trust strives day and night to serve mankind irrespective of age, caste, religion, color caste and modern characteristics.
The hospital
is provided with the state of the art facilities. And the hospital was launched at the time of the
price hike due to an increase in demand for Covid facilities. It was unaffordable for the middle
class to visit private hospitals for PCR testing or overnight stays.
Simultaneously, due to the
increase in cases, the government hospitals were at their maximum capacities. Thus the launch of
this hospital helped a lot of families, which was the primary goal of Abdul Ghani and Hussain Lakhani
Foundation.
Holy Prophet SAWW said,
